Love feels no burden, thinks nothing of trouble, attempts what is above its strength, pleads no excuse of impossibility...It is therefore able to undertake all things, and it completes many things, and warrants them to take effect, where he who does not love would faint and lie down.Love is watchful and sleeping, slumbereth not.Though weary, it is not tired;though pressed, it is not straitened;though alarmed, it is not confounded...

Our Love Story: by Brooke :)

When I try to think about describing in written words the love that Tanner and I have, it seems impossible. There would be no words strong enough to describe how I feel about Tanner, or to explain how our relationship truly is.. But I sure can give it a try :)
So here is our story, I met Tan through a close friend to both of us. The first time I met him I knew that he was special, he is so bright and handsome, he won me at glance. But it wasn't till the second time that I saw him that he asked for my number. I tried to act like I wasn't dying with excitement as he walked away. The third time I saw him was at a singles ward, it was fast and testimony meeting and he went up and bore his testimony. I am terrified to do that, so it was extra impressive to me. His testimony was the most sweet testimony I have ever heard. I made sure to go up to him after sacrament meeting and tell him how wonderful it was. The next time we ran into each other was at an FHE. He was so alert and into the lesson the whole time, I was completely distracted because I couldn't stop watching him! After the lesson we played the game "baby if you love me please smile." I don't exactly prefer this game, but I am really good at it! Nobody got me to smile the whole time until the very end, HE DID, and I barely knew him. I was bummed! But it gave me an excuse to text him after leaving. Shortly after that night he asked me on a date, we went bowling with a group of his friends, he was so good, and I played the worst game of my life! After that, he took me to his house to watch a movie, of all the movies we could have watched he chose "A Mupppet Christmas." I thought it was pretty cute of him to pick it, considering it was September 10th! He knew every word and song! I broke my rule and ended up kissing him on our first date. He had me hooked after that! When he dropped me off he asked me to go out with him the following night. I gladly said yes! My mom was still up when I got home and I was glad cause I got to tell her everything :) she was so sweet to stay up and listen, cause I had lots to say! For our second date he took me to play virtual golf at his dads office. We hung out every single day after we met, all the way to this day, there has only been one day that we didn't, and it was because he had to go to California for a day. After 3 amazing months of dating we decide we wanted to get married. It was a huge decision for my poor Tanner because he had originally been waiting for a missionary it really impressed me how faithful he was to her while waiting, I have no idea how I got to be the lucky won to win his heart. But Becuase of our faithful prayers and his open heart to inspiration I got to become his wife! We have been married just shy of six months now, and couldn't be happier. He is my whole world, I could never ask for anything more. He truly is the most amazing, hardworking, patient man on this planet. I'm so thankful for all that he does for me.. And i can't wait to spend eternity with him!
